Description

The manufacturer was a company called CoviArcade S.L. from Spain. The game is an awesome futuristic sit down driving game in which you battle the other drivers with lasers and missiles. You can get power ups such as Nitrous and weapons upgrades. The game supports view changes and the weapon buttons are mounted on the steering wheel. The HiLow shifter sports a Nitrous button. There are several different tracks to choose from. Looks to have been a PC Game port. Infogrames is listed in the credits as the company that did the port. The game runs off a hard drive in Windows Millennium Edition. There doesnt seem to be and special Roms, just a series of controller cards for the force feedback. The prototype I think I have, is fully coin operated and functions. It uses a real car audio amp for the great sound delivery. The artwork and marquee are War Tracks and are lowres mockups, but the name of the game during the demo is Laser Tracks. It seems to support networking via ethernet.
