Same gameplay as the previous WheelM In and Super WheelM In. Roll a coin down a rotating belt with ticket columns. Win the amount of tickets shown at the end of the column that your coin lands falls on.The difference with WheelM In Xtreme is the score value at the end of the column randomly changes every few seconds. Its displayed at the bottom of a monitor. It also includes minigames.
