Written by Bob Gale, screenwriter of "Back to the Future." This was a blatant rip-off of Mortal Kombat, with over 200 fatalities, including nudalities (which were merely rumors in the Mortal Kombat games) and animalities (before Mortal Kombat 3 implemented them). However, it did not have much gameplay appeal, so it was never widely released, even though it did appear in several test markets.
Only two cabinets were ever finished with the complete code. One of these cabinets is still at the Data East headquarters, the other is in a private collection that was destroyed in a flood.
The side art displays a giant photo of a tiger.
