Complaint's were filed from NYC. It seems that people were buying the toys and getting a dollar's worth of nickel slugs that they were putting in the subway system of NYC. The FBI warned the manufacturer that legally they couldn't do anything , but if they didn't stop manufacturing the toys that they would make his life miserable. He modified the toy into a math and spelling game utilizing the spiral rod.
