Description

The Violano Virtuoso uses rolls of perforated paper to play like a "player piano," and the song that is played is changed by changing the paper rolls. According to a Mills Novelty Co. catalogue they ran on "any electric lighting current" and used "no more than one 16-candle power light." They can play music on the violin, piano or both at the same time. Some of these machines were made without the piano accompaniment.
