Description
"Get the crowd laughing and they'll stick". Mills Novelty Co. devised ingenious lung testers to attract and amuse the people. Testing lung capacity by blowing into a tube until one is red-faced amuses and also encourages competition. The idea of this massive ten-foot machines is to blow the hats off the comical papier-m�ch� heads by raising the center pointer past each one. Five hats blown off rings a bell, and if all eight heads are bared the lucky bag-of-wind gets his penny returned. 1904.
