A clown shoots himself out of a cannon and bounces on a moving trampoline to pop balloons that fill to the top of the circus tent. The player must move the trampoline from side to side, using the steering wheel, so that the clown can continue to bounce up and down popping more and more balloons. Balloons are marked with different point values which are added to the player's score everytime a balloon is popped.
There is a bonus game where there are a number of balloons that are marked with letters the spell the word "JACKPOT" and if the player can have the clown pop all those balloons, then a "jackpot" amount of tickets are received in addition to the player's score.
At the end of the game, there is a bonus screen where the player tries to stop a moving light on a number of bonus tickets. That features comes with three different payout levels and an option to disable, if the operator desires.
