Wardner Description

Wardner was produced by Taito in 1987.

Taito released 486 different machines in our database under this trade name, starting in 1967.

Other machines made by Taito during the time period Wardner was produced include Arkanoid - Revenge Of Doh, Double Dragon, Dr. Toppel Tankentai, Flying Shark, Hishou Same, Daikaiju No Gyakushu - Giant Monster Counterattack, Violent Shooting, Land Sea Air Squad, Great Gurianos, and Inspiration Baseball.

You move through the various stages battling zombie-like creatures collecting money and eventually rescuing the princess. Shop between stages to purchase health, time, and more powerful weapons.

Cheats, Tricks, Bugs, and Easter Eggs

TRICK: This trick will allow you to get the cape on the first level without the risk of losing a life. Stand next to the hole where the cape is, then hold down and slowly tap to the right. If you did it correctly, your character should slowly inch his way underneath the two platforms, and you can grab the cape without any problem.
