Game IntroductionPlayers aim a vibrating firehose peripheral with an adjustable spray on the nozzle to battle the deadly blazes while keeping an eye on the water pressure.Game PlayThe main goal of the game is to put out fires while rescuing the trapped victims. As you put out fires, you must watch the water pressure because it weakens the strength of the water. The best way to put out the flames is to aim for the base of the fire. The real enemy is the clock since you have to control the blaze as quickly as possible like real firefighters. Extinguishing a blaze quickly earns you more time. At the end of each level, you battle against a "boss" fire. Not only do the boss blazes have a life meter, you also have to protect someone from the flames. When a victim catches fire, you have to hose them down to put it out. For every couple seconds that the victim remains burned, you lose 5 seconds from the clock so put them out quickly.MiscellaneousCOPY OF: ShouboushiVAPS Arcade/Coin-Op Brave Firefighters CensusThere are 12,082 members of the Video Arcade Preservation Society / Vintage Arcade Preservation Society, 9,497 whom participate in our arcade census project of games owned, wanted, or for sale.
