Game Introduction

For the most part, this is a Final Fight clone. Frank, Alfred, and Chris a female set out to rescue Frank's girlfriend, Judy, from the evil crimelord in the city. In typical Final Fight fashion, you travel through the city from left to right beating up any and all enemies you encounter. There are five stages and there is a boss at the end of each.

Game Play

The game uses an 8-way joystick, an Attack button and a Jump button and can be played cooperatively by two players. Pressing Jump twice quickly in succession causes your player to dash and if he/she contacts an enemy, he/she will throw them. Pressing Attack and Jump at the same time throws an explosion straight down and damages all the enemies nearby, but also takes away from your own health. Pressing Jump twice quickly then Attack causes a special move that is different for each of the three players.

Breaking certain objects on the screen will reveal health or bonus items. Wimpy guys in blue denim will drop from the skies or go running by -- beat them up and they drop these bonuses too.

There are some interesting moves in the game that seem to borrow from Street Fighter II - The World Warrior. There is one enemy that does a spining kick like Ken does. There is another guy that sort of looks like Guile, but does the rapid hand like Chun Li. Chris' special move is similar to Ryu's fireball.
