Bloxeed DescriptionA puzzle game much like Tetris. Sort falling blocks, rotating them however you wish, to complete rows across the screen.Game PlayGameplay is quite similar Tetris, but with some added twists. Duringplay, random blocks will contain either letters or numbers. Completing any line with one of these specialty pieces awards the player 5,000 point bonus with any of the following: B: Next piece becomes a bomb. Exploding when it lands, blocks within a small radius of the point of impact are cleared. F: Summons a Flicky (a bird) in place of a regular piece. He can drops single blocks at a time for every press of the rotate button. Convientient for filling up multiple lines in a hurry. 4: Eliminates four rows. 16: Turns the next piece into a 16-ton weight. When placed, it demolishes three colums' worth of space, crushing the blocks below. VAPS Arcade CensusThere are 6,993 members of the Video Arcade Preservation Society / Vintage Arcade Preservation Society, 4,022 whom participate in our arcade census project of games owned, wanted, or for sale. Census data currently includes 65,219 machines (3,798 unique titles).Uncommon - There are 20 known instances of this machine owned by Bloxeed collectors who are members. Of these, It is an original dedicated machine., 3 of them are conversions in which game circuit boards (and possibly cabinet graphics) have been placed in (and on) another game cabinet, and 16 of them are only circuit boards which a collector could put into a generic case if desired. For Sale - There is one VAPS member with an extra Bloxeed circuit board for sale. VAPS members are totally independent of VAPS and the International Arcade Museum, and we are unable to recommend, endorce, or guarantee any person or company selling games or game parts. Wanted - No members have added this machine to their wish list. This game ranks a 12 on a scale out of 100 (100 = most often seen, 1=least common) in popularity based on census ownership records.
