Description

Game Introduction

From the game's intro:This city was once a happy, peaceful place. Until one day, An ultra powerful criminal organization moved in and took over. This vicious syndicate soon had control over the whole government, and even the police force. Amid this Turmoil, A group of determened youg police officers has sworn to clean up the city... Among them are: Adam Hunter, Axel Stone, and Blaze Fielding. They are willing to risk anything. Even their lives, on the....Streets Of Rage......

Game Play

The players must fight their way through eight levels on a mission to stop the criminal syndicate that's taken over the city. The levels are:

  2. Alley
  3. Beach
  4. Construction Site
  5. Oil Rig
  6. Factory
  7. Elevator
  8. Hideout

Button descriptions:

The buttons are as follows:

  • Attack - Attacks enemy
  • Jump - Makes you jump
  • Signal Police - The cops fire a missile at your enemies, and kills them in one blow

To get behind an enemy in a grapple-hit jump to go behind, and hit attack to do a back suplex. While you're being thrown by an enemy, hit jump, and attack simeutaineously as quickly as possible, This is very difficult, so it takes a while to get it right.

Cheats, Tricks, Bugs, and Easter Eggs

On level four at the second stop, throw the guy in the gray suit in the pit when no one else is on the screen. Then, you can automatically go to the third stop.
