This game is also known as Far East. It was created by Seta and licensed to Romstar for US manufacture and distribution.

The joysticks look similar to the LS-30 variety used for games such as Ikari Warriors, Heavy Barrel, and Time Soldiers, but they are different. The Loop-24 joysticks have a four-pin connector on the bottom of the stick that connects directly to the game board.
