Cabinet Information

The cabinet is mostly white with minimal side art. The artwork is blue and depicts a reverse i.e. pointing downward mushroom cloud. The ICI Cinematronics logo is displayed at the top of the cloud and ICinematronicsI is written out below. The marquee is mostly black with IBoxing BugsI written in yellow. It shows a bug getting punched out by a boxing glove being shot out of a cannon. The control panel is mostly yellow and has artwork of bugs in a boxing ring with boxing gloves on all of their legs.

Conversion

Although not technically part of the Cinematronics BW conversion class, IBoxing BugsI shares many similarities to the classic Cinematronics architecture. The CPU board is basically the same board used in all of the Cinematronics BW vector games, but this version was heavily modified with factory installed jumpers and also includes an extra ROM board. The Color Converter board takes the black and white video output from the CPU board and converts it to color in order to drive the WellsGardner K6100 series monitor.
