Senko no Ronde

Senko no Ronde - Cabinet - Video Game Marquee

Description

A user writes in Space based fighter where you control a ounder.A cross between Virtual On and a bullet curtain shooter.Like Virtual On, the game features attacks that are based on the proximity of your enemy, allowing two types of melee attack. In order to use a melee attack, you must get close enough for for either you Main weapon, or Sub weapon rings to touch your opponent, then you let rip. As well as your standard shot types Main and Sub, using these while your shield is active has an effect on the shot. An example of this would be the standard main shot fires a single width laser and the same shot fired while the shield is active can fire the same laser but in a wide shot. You also have a few special moves, usually activated when you gauge is full enough, and a couple of flicks of the stick with both M and S buttons pressed. The special shots also have some variation to them, some are better suited to a closeup attack, while others are more effective from a distance. B.O.S.S. attacks also require some strategy in the use, you want to have your Special gauge as full as you can but wait too long and your opponent can release their attack before you and destroy you like a dog. You also have a Vanish mode that you can activate once you have lost all your health but before you die obviously, this allows a more powerful B.O.S.S. attack to be made and can save your game from the slavering jaws of death.
